"Every athlete can be great. They can reach their full potential, they can go beyond their station with the right techniques, the right coaching, and the right support system."

Continuous Growth
Every Athlete

The cheer industry often rewards athletes who show up already polished — and quietly sidelines the ones who need development most. At Full Out, we see potential where others see "not yet." We believe skill can be taught. Confidence can be built. Leadership can be developed. And opportunity should never depend on how much experience — or money — you start with.

That's why we take athletes at every level and give them what most programs reserve for their top tier:
✔ Intentional skill progression
✔ Technical coaching that actually teaches
✔ A culture that builds confidence, not comparison

Not every athlete will become a World's athlete. But every athlete at Full Out will leave stronger, more skilled, and further than they would have gone anywhere else. Because development isn't a luxury here. It's the standard.

INACCESSIBILITY TO CHEERLEADING
CONTINUES TO GROW.

💸

Sky-High Prices

Cheerleading costs continue to soar. Some pay $700 for uniforms alone. On average, families spend $3,500–$7,000 per season — pricing entire families out of the sport before a single practice.

🏆

Developing Athletes Get Left Behind

Many gyms invest their coaching time in already-skilled athletes — leaving developing athletes sidelined and underserved.

🚪

Closed Doors

Without affordable options, talented young athletes in working families are simply locked out — not because they lack potential, but because nobody built a gym for them.

The Answer

Full Out Was
Built Different

Professional coaching with real competitive opportunities. Prices built around our families, not around what we can extract from them.

Athletes here progress faster precisely because they get the attention they deserve.

"FULL
OUT"

Built for the
Left-Behind Athlete.

Full Out Athletics was founded by Program Director Stephan Clower out of a frustration that was both personal and industry-wide: competitive cheerleading had become a sport that systematically excluded the athletes who needed it most.

Larger gyms invest their coaching time in athletes with high experience and refined skills. The kid who needs development — who might become extraordinary with the right attention — gets overlooked. Stephan built Full Out to flip that script.

The result speaks for itself. Athletes here are progressing faster than they would at bigger programs, precisely because they receive real coaching attention rather than being overshadowed by a gym's top performers.

Athlete-Coaches

Our coaches are recruited from our own college prep program — active athletes who teach what they're still mastering. It keeps instruction technically current and sets a powerful example for every athlete in the gym.

We Show Up
for Our Community.

Full Out isn't just a training facility — it's a hub for the Roy community. We believe athletic programs have a responsibility to give back.

🛒

The Stockpile

Our in-gym community pantry for Full Out Athletics family members. People in the gym can take what they need, no questions asked. We donate items to local food banks, nonprofits, and support organizations before they go bad.

🎓

Scholarship Program

We're launching an athlete scholarship fund to ensure finances never become a reason to quit. Every athlete deserves the opportunity to train and compete.

🤝

Volunteer & Outreach

We show up for the cheer community as a whole — helping at other gyms, appearing at showcases for schools, and assisting with fundraising and technical support for other programs.
